1. 简介
橡城华人希望教会 App（以下简称“本 App”）由橡城华人希望教会 IT 部提供。本隐私政策说明本 App 在使用过程中如何处理相关信息。
本 App 用于帮助用户访问教会提供的主日崇拜、主日学音频及文档内容，并提供收藏、下载、历史记录、祷告提交、信仰提问及意见反馈等功能。
Oakville Chinese Hope Church App Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
OCHC App, also known as Oakville Chinese Hope Church App, is provided by the IT Department of Oakville Chinese Hope Church. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information during use.
The App helps users access church-provided Sunday worship, Sunday school audio, and document content. It also provides features such as favorites, downloads, listening history, prayer request submission, faith question submission, and app feedback.
2. 信息收集与使用
本 App 无需注册或登录即可使用。
当用户主动提交祷告事项、信仰问题或应用反馈时，本 App 会根据服务需要收集姓名、联系方式及提交内容等信息。部分字段为选填。
祷告事项用于教会关怀及相关处理。用户可主动选择通过电子邮件接收提交确认回执，确认邮件不会包含祷告全文。
信仰问题可能经过整理或概括，并通过教会视频、网站等渠道公开回答，但不会公开提问者的个人身份信息。意见反馈用于处理 App 相关的问题、建议或技术支持请求。
本 App 不包含广告、订阅、App 内购买或第三方分析服务。
2. Information Collection and Use
The App does not require registration or sign-in.
When users voluntarily submit prayer requests, faith questions, or app feedback, the App collects information needed to process these submissions, including names, contact information, and submitted content. Some fields are optional.
Prayer requests are used for church care and related processing. Users may opt to receive an email confirmation of their submission. The confirmation email does not include the full prayer request.
Faith questions may be organized or summarized and answered publicly through church videos, the website, or other church channels, without disclosing the questioner’s personal identity information. App feedback is used to address app-related issues, suggestions, or technical support requests.
The App does not include advertising, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or third-party analytics services.
3. 本地数据与通知
本 App 通过接口从橡城华人希望教会官方网站获取教会内容。为支持 App 功能，部分数据可能保存在用户本地设备，包括下载的音频或文档文件、下载记录、收听历史记录、收藏记录和本地 App 设置。
上述本地数据不会由 App 自动上传至我们的服务器。
本 App 可能使用本地通知，用于 App 相关提醒或本地设备功能。本 App 目前不使用远程推送通知。
3. Local Data and Notifications
The App retrieves church content from the official website of Oakville Chinese Hope Church through an interface. To support app features, some data may be stored locally on the user’s device, including downloaded audio or document files, download records, listening history, favorite records, and local app settings.
This locally stored data is not automatically uploaded by the App to our servers.
The App may use local notifications for app-related reminders or local device features. The App currently does not use remote push notifications.
4. 数据传输与共享
当用户主动提交祷告事项、信仰问题或意见反馈时，相关内容会通过网络传输至教会使用的远程数据服务，用于接收、管理和处理相应事项。
为提供上述服务，用户主动提交的信息可能由教会使用的第三方技术服务进行传输和存储。相关信息仅用于提供和管理相应服务。
本 App 不出售用户个人信息，不会将用户数据分享给广告商，也不会将用户数据用于广告追踪。
4. Data Transfer and Sharing
When users voluntarily submit prayer requests, faith questions, or app feedback, the submitted information is transmitted to remote data services used by the church for receiving, managing, and processing these submissions.
To provide these services, information voluntarily submitted by users may be transmitted and stored using third-party technical services used by the church. This information is used only to provide and manage the corresponding services.
The App does not sell users’ personal information, share user data with advertisers, or use user data for advertising tracking.
5. 数据保存与删除
本 App 的收听历史、收藏记录、下载文件及部分设置保存在用户设备本地。用户可通过 App 内相关功能删除记录，或通过卸载 App 清除本地数据。
对于用户主动提交的信息，目前没有统一的自动删除期限。教会将根据相关事工及服务需要保留记录，并在不再需要时进行清理。卸载 App 不会删除已经提交的远程数据。
用户可通过教会官方网站提供的联系方式申请查询或删除已提交的个人信息。为保护隐私，教会可能需要核实申请人与相关记录的关联。
5. Data Retention and Deletion
The App stores listening history, favorites, downloaded files, and certain settings locally on the user’s device. Users may delete relevant records through the App’s management features or remove locally stored data by uninstalling the App.
There is currently no uniform automatic deletion period for submitted information. The church retains records according to ministry and service needs and removes them when no longer necessary. Uninstalling the App does not delete previously submitted remote data.
Users may request access to or deletion of their submitted personal information through the contact information provided on the church’s official website. To protect privacy, the church may need to verify the requester’s connection to the relevant records.
6. 隐私政策更新
我们可能会根据 App 功能、技术服务或相关要求的变化更新本隐私政策。更新后的版本会发布在本页面，并标明新的生效日期。
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in app features, technical services, or related requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
